Not completely happy with your purchase? You have 30 days to return your items.
Email us at email@example.com to let us know what your concerns are with your purchase. If it's related to a defective item, please prepare a few high-resolution images of the product.
Once your return is confirmed, we will send you a RMA number and the shipping label for your return.
We offer free returns on Canadian orders that are over $70.
Orders under $70: a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund.
We offer free returns on U.S. orders that are over $70.
Orders under $70: a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs of the returning items.
Any unpaid duties and taxes incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping & Custom Charges
We're unable to refund the shipping fee on the original order and any custom charges incurred during the shipping process.
- the item is unworn and undamaged.
- the item was not marked final sale when sold.
- the item and the packaging are in their original condition (unworn and undamaged).
- the item is not a custom order such as a smaller-than-usual size or engraved jewelry.
- the item is not a handmade-to-order piece.
Marked down sale items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
